Salina Soccer Club Player Registration


Thank You For Choosing to Join The Salina Soccer Club!!


If your player is interested and/or you know any other players who are interested, read the directions below. Call Jane Bradbury, SSC Registrar @ 785-823-8108.

Directions for how to register your player are:

  1. Read and Understand the Codes of Conduct
  2. Download and Complete the Kansas Youth Soccer Association Membership & Medical Release Form. (Notary is required for medical release)
  3. Download and Complete the Salina Soccer Club Media Release.
  4. Write $35 check payable to the Salina Soccer Club (membership fee)*
  5. Include a copy of player’s birth certificate.
  6. Download and Complete "The Academy" registration form (optional program).*
